ADMIRAL LOVES MUSIC! YOU TOO?
Love to sing with others?
Love to hear beautiful keyboard music?
Sam Peters, our Director of Music Ministry, delights us every week with inspiring solo pieces and lively accompaniments! Currently, because we are in “cozy” transitional space, Sam is relegated to an electronic keyboard. He will return to playing our four-manual Rodgers organ and our Baldwin grand piano when we are reinstated in our beautiful new church, which will be designed for acoustic excellence, in early 2028. Sam enjoys featuring under-recognized composers, including women, LGBTQ and people of color. He is a composer in his own right and often amazes us with new original works and arrangements. He plays the viola, too!

Love to experience concerts in a casual, fun setting?
Love to sing in a choir?
The Admiral Choir rehearses Wednesdays and sings at Sunday worship services each week. We welcome all voices and levels of experience! We're an enthusiastic and relaxed group whose mission is to share a wide range of musical genres with our congregation. Choir pieces can include roles for hand chimes and percussion in addition to voices and piano.
Love to learn more about music?
Sunday worship services, Choir rehearsals and concerts often contain learning opportunities.
Just plain love music?
Admiral Church is your place! Give us a try! To quote one of our enthusiastic Choir members:
“ADMIRAL CHURCH: COME FOR THE MUSIC, STAY FOR THE PEOPLE!”
